Lake Macquarie Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing teenager from Blackalls Park.
16-year-old Dominic Williams was last seen at Blackalls Park on August 30, and has since been reported missing by his carers.
Despite searching for the boy, Police have been unable to locate Dominic.
He is described as 170cm tall, medium build, blonde coloured hair, with blue eyes and may be frequenting the Windale, Gateshead and Charlestown areas.
Anyone who has seen Dominic or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact police or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
