Man Fronts Singleton Court On Firearm And Intimidation Charges

A man is due to re-appear in court later this month accused of stalking and intimidating two people and threatening a police officer at Muswellbrook.

Police were called to Jersey Place on Monday afternoon to reports a 38-year-old man had allededly pointed a gun at another man following an argument, and verbally threatened a woman known to him.

The firearm was later found to be a gel blaster.

It's also alleged the man threatened a police officer following his arrest at the scene.

He faced Singleton Local Court charged with stalk, intimidation and firearms offences; and granted conditional bail to face Muswellbrook Court on September 27.
