Police have charged a Belmont North man over a firey crash on the Stockton Bridge in August which claimed the life of a Tanilba Bay man.
A Ford Falcon sedan collided with a Toyota Camry - both were travelling south - before the Falcon hit an oncoming XR6 utility which crashed into a northbound BMW.
The ute, driven by 57-year-old Joseph Cordner, caught fire and he died at the scene.
Crash Investigators yesterday arrested a 46-year-old man who was driving the Falcon.
He's been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, negligent driving occasioning death and cause bodily harm by misconduct and has been granted conditional bail to face court in November.
