A man has been charged after being forensically linked to the historic alleged sexual assault of a teenage boy in the Hunter in 2006.
Police allege the man forced the then 15-year-old boy into a cubicle of a public toilet and sexually and indecently assaulted him.
As a result of forensic matching and after further inquiries, police arrested a 58-year-old man at Bathurst.
He's been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and has been remanded in custody to face Bathurst Local Court next Tuesday.
