Wilson Appeal Pushed Back

BY LAUREN FREEMANTLE

There’s been a change of dates for the appeal of former Adelaide Archbishop Philp Wilson in Newcastle Court.

The convicted abuse concealer was expected to return to court on October 4 and 5, but that’s now been pushed back to November 27 and 28.

The Crown has also lodged an inadequacy appeal against Wilson's 12-month home detention sentence, which has been slammed by Hunter abuse survivors as too lenient.
