Lake Macquarie City Council is asking for assistance in carrying out Toronto's Streetscape Master Plan.
The Boulevarde and town centre is in desperate need of updated facilities to cope with an increase in business and recreational use.
The plan intends to build on Toronto's character by injecting new life into it's ageing streets.
