The Newcastle GP Access After Hours Clinic is preparing to see its first patients at the Calvary Mater Hospital.
The clinic is relocating to the hospital after 10 years of operation in Hunter Street and will be open from 6pm.
Acting CEO, Bryan McLoughlin says being co-located at the hospital will benefit patients and help take the pressure off the emergency department.
