Police are searching for two men as part of their continuing investigation into the alleged assault of a police officer in Raymond Terrace on ANZAC Day.
The incident occurred at around 6:45pm out the front of a licensed premises after police attended and closed down the venue due to reports of a brawl.
Three men aged 19, 22 and 24 were arrested at the scene and have been charged, and remain before the courts.
Port Stephens-Hunter Police are searching for two men they believe will be able to assist in their inquiry.
One man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his early to mid-20s, between 175cm-180cm tall, with a thin build and sandy brown hair.
The second is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his early to mid-20s, between 175cm-180cm tall, with a thin build, a sleeve tattoo on his right arm (shoulder to wrist) and a tattoo on his upper left arm.
