BREAKING! Two Men In Hospital After Early Morning Crash At Raymond Terrace

A 26-year-old man is in an induced coma in the John Hunter Hospital after a horror crash at Raymond Terrace this morning.

Police say the man and his 25-year-old male passenger were travelling along Beaton Avenue at about 2.15am  when his car lost control and crashed heavily into a parked car before overturning.

The driver was trapped by confinement, however the passenger managed to free himself from the wreck.

The driver was freed by the Port Stephens SES and was taken to hospital with a severe leg injury.

His passenger was also taken to the John Hunter with minor injuries.
