Driver To Face Court Over Fatal Crash At Rutherford

 A driver will face court next month over a fatal crash at Rutherford at the weekend.

A Ford utility left Anambah Road and hit a guard rail at about 9pm on Saturday.

The front seat passenger, a 29-year-old man, was thrown from the car and died at the scene.

The driver, a 33-year-old man, was arrested and taken for mandatory testing.

He's now been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and granted conditional bail to face Maitland Court on December 9.
