A third person has faced court over the alleged murder of New Zealand firefighter Ian Pullen at Glenridding near Singleton two years ago.
21-year-old Lilli-Jane Sales was arrested at Whittingham on Monday and faced Muswellbrook Local Court charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder.
Police allege Sales sat in a car while two friends murdered the 43-year-old firefighter after he was knocked down on Carrington Street in September 2018.
It's further alleged Sales hid evidence and coerced others not to take action.
Her lawyer told the court Sales denies being in the car and intends to plead not guilty to the charge.
She's been granted strict conditional bail to face court again in January.
