Woman Injured In Bad Crash At Freemans Waterhole

A woman has been taken to hospital after a bad crash at Freeman's Waterhole early this morning.

The 27-year-old was driving along Palmers Road about 1 kilometre west of the M1 around 4.00am when she lost control and slammed into a tree.

She was trapped in the wreckage for about half an hour before being freed and taken to the John Hunter Hospital by road ambulance in a stable condition suffering a broken left arm and chest pain.
