Police expect to lay charges over a crash at Jesmond.
A utility crashed into the back of car in the line-up of the drive through at Hungry Jacks on Blue Gum Road just before midnight on Thursday.
Police were called after the driver appeared to be intoxicated.
A 36-year-old man was arrested - it's alleged a breath test returned a high range reading.
He's been released pending further inquires but police say it's expected he will be charged with drink driving.
No-one was injured in the crash.
