Police and Safe Work NSW inspectors have launched an investigation after a man was killed in a workplace incident at Kooragang.
Emergency services were called to a work site on Heron Road at about 3.00pm on Wednesday.
It's reported a 65-year-old man was working at a demolition site involving a conveyor belt when he was fatally injured.
A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
