Fire and Rescue crews have battled a blaze on the water after a boat exploded at Fennell Bay last night.
Crews found the 30ft cruiser alight and adrift in the water just before 6pm.
Firefighters used hose lines from the shore and a Rural Fire Service boat to help put the fire out.
It's understood the boat was carrying around 600 litres of diesel on board.
A 50-year-old man was taken to hospital by paramedics with burns to his legs and torso, and suspected burns to his airways.
