Police are appealing for help to find a 13-year-old boy who's gone missing from Newcastle.
Cerise Elmes was last seen leaving a Wallsend home on March 15 and there are concerns for his welfare due to his age and a number of medical conditions.
Police believe he may be travelling with a woman known to him towards Queensland in a Silver Mitsubishi Pajero with the NSW registration CI 44 ED.
Cerise is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 260cm and 165cm tall, with a thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
