The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has flown a man to the John Hunter Hospital after a car slammed into a real estate office in Bateau Bay.
The 59-year-old Ray White Real Estate worker was left pinned under the vehicle for half an hour before emergency crews could free him.
He's been assessed by paramedics at the scene and airlifted to Newcastle with serious injuries to his lower leg.
