Lake Macquarie Police are asking for help to locate a missing teenager.
14-year-old Grace Jackman was last seen on Sunday the 9th of June wearing a black jumper, black jeans, and black converse shoes.
She is being described as Caucasian in appearance, 160cm tall, with a petite build, shoulder length dark brown hair, and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is being urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers on: 1800 333 000.
