Police believe a girl reported missing on the Central Coast could be in the Newcastle area.

12-year-old Tori Morrison was last seen at Ourimbah at about 8.00am yesterday (Tuesday 27 May, 2025) and her family raised the alarm when she could not be located or contacted.

Tori's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall with a slim build and long brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a green and gold jacket and green track pants.

Tori is known to frequent the Tuggerah and Newcastle areas and uses the train network.

Police have just advised Emily has been found this morning (Monday 24 February, 2025).

They've thanked the public and the media for their assistance.

EARLIER:

Police are appealing for help to find a young girl who's gone missing from Newcastle overnight.

11-year-old Emily was spotted at the Honeysuckle Light Rail Stop on Sunday and was last seen at Fassifern Railway Station at about 6.50pm.

She was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, short overalls and a backpack.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Police are asking for our help to find a young girl reported missing in the Port Stephens area.

12-year-old Ellah White was last seen leaving Tomaree High School at about 9.30am on Tuesday and has not been seen or head from since.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Ellah's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall with a slim build and long blonde curly hair.

She was last seen wearing blue long pants, a blue polo shirt and blue hooded jumper.

Fears Growing For Young Girl Missing In The Hunter

Police have launched a public appeal to find a 12-year-old girl who's been missing in the Hunter region since Monday afternoon.

Sophie Fletcher was last seen leaving Newcastle Interchange on a bus headed to Nelson Bay at about 1.40pm on Monday.

Police believe she may have boarded a train at Newcastle Interchange at about 4pm the same day.

There are concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Sophie is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a thin build and black hair in two pigtails.

She was last seen wearing denim shorts, a black hoodie, white socks, white slide sandals and was carrying a black backpack.

Sophie is known to frequent the Rutherford, Newcastle and Liverpool areas.

Fears Growing For 13-Year-old Girl Missing From Wallsend

Fears are growing for the welfare of a teenage girl who's been missing from Wallsend since the weekend.

13-year-old Shayarnika Brown was last seen at a home on Sandgate Road at about 11.00am on Saturday 27 April, 2024.

She's described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, with a medium build, about 165cm tall, with long brown hair and was last seen wearing a black Tupac jumper and back torn jeans.

Shayanika is known to use public transport and frequents railway stations in Sydney and Albert Street, Werrington.

Police are asking Hunter residents to be on the lookout for a missing teenage girl. 

13-year-old Evie is missing from her family in Aberglasslyn and was last seen in Rutherford on Monday the 13th of November, 2023, wearing a black hooded jumper and black pants. 

Evie is about 150cm tall, 50kg in weight, and has auburn hair.

Port Stephens Hunter Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for a missing teenager.

14-year-old Tahlia has been reported missing by her family in East Maitland.

She was last seen in Maitland at 6:20pm on Monday the 11th of September, 2023.

Tahlia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 160-170cm tall, and 50-60kg in weight, of a thin build, with brown hair, and brown eyes.   

She's not in trouble but police and her family would like to know she is safe.

15-year-old Cheyanne was last seen in Raymond Terrace at 8:30am on Monday the 21st of August 2023, wearing an Irrawang High School jumper, grey track pants, and black shoes. 

She's described as being Caucasian in appearance, between 180-185cm tall, of a thin build, with a fair complexion, brown hair, and brown eyes.

13-year-old Mia Dodds, was last seen on Turton Road at Waratah, at about 2:50pm yesterday (Wednesday the 17th of August).  

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare.

Mia is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 165cm tall, with a medium build, and dark brown hair parted in the middle with a ponytail.

She was last seen wearing black cargo pants, a navy-blue school jumper, and black and white high-top shoes.

Police believe she may have attended the Charlestown Square Shopping Centre at about 4:50pm yesterday, where she changed into grey tights and a black long-sleeve shirt with artwork on the front.

14-year-old Kimberly Williams was last seen leaving a home at Annandale last Friday morning.

Kimberly's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, with distinctive coloured hair - with half coloured bright pink, and the other half coloured green.

Missing person Kira Jurd has been located safe and well.

Hunter Valley Police are seeking assistance to locate a missing girl from Cessnock 

12-year-old Kira Jurd was last sighted on Cessnock Road at Abermain on Monday the 27th of February.

She's believed to be in the Charlestown, Belmont, Gateshead or Swansea areas.

Kira is described as being of Caucasian in appearance, with a fair complexion, approximately 160-165cm tall, of thin build, with blonde/pink hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a Cessnock High School uniform, black shorts, black shirt, and a backpack.

Police are appealing to the public to find a teenager missing from Lake Macquarie.

Jessica Simpson was last seen at a residence on Francis Street, Cardiff South, about 5.30pm on Wednesday 1 June 2022. 

The 15-year-old has been unable to be located since.

Police hold serious concerns for Jessica’s welfare due to her age. 

Jessica is described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance, medium build, approximately 170 to 175cm tall, with long black hair and brown eyes.

 Police are appealing for help to locate a missing teenage girl in the Hunter.

15-year-old Indyanna was last seen in the Maitland area at about 8.30pm on Monday.

She's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 140 centimetres tall with a fair complexion, blonde hair and blue eyes.

Indyanna also has a nose ring.

Police say Indyanna is not wanted for any offences and they just need to speak to her to confirm she's ok.
