Hunter Valley Bus Crash Driver's Records Sought By Prosecutors

Prosecutors have been granted access to the employment and medical records of the driver of the bus which crashed in Greta last month, killing 10 people. 

58-year-old Brett Andrew Button is charged with 10 counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and was granted strict conditional bail on the 13th of June. 

He has not yet entered pleas. 

The Newcastle Herald reports Mr. Button's next appearance in Newcastle Local Court on the 9th of August will likely determine whether the brief of evidence has been filed.
