A roof has collapsed after a Raymond Terrace home went up in flames on Wednesday morning.
Seven trucks attended the blaze at Woodlands Place, just after 8am.
The house was well-alight and giving off large volumes of smoke.
More than 20 firefighters battled the blaze in heavy winds, eventually extinguishing it just after 10am.
A 13-year-old girl was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
It's not yet clear what caused the fire.
