A man's been flown to hospital after a serious motorcycle crash at Gungal early on Friday morning.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter responded at 3:30am, to reports of a serious motorbike accident south-east of Merriwa.
Paramedics arrived on scene and carried out initial treatment of the 31-year-old rider, who had collided with a guard rail, causing serious lower leg injuries.
The man was conveyed to Merriwa Hospital helipad and before being airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
