A Police dog is on the road to recovery after chasing two alleged burglars at Adamstown Heights.
Kane was rushed to a vet hospital on Saturday night suffering exhaustion after he tracked the pair through bushland for more than three kilometres.
He's since been released and is expected to make a full recovery.
The men aged 27 and 22 were arrested and charged with breaking into the home of an 84-year-old man.
