A Swansea home is set to be demolished after reaching the end of its life.
The empty, three-bedroom property is managed by Crown Lands, which is set to spend $40,000 on cleaning up the Rawson Street plot.
It's understood the traditional asbestos cladding isn't suitable for restoration.
Crown Lands will oversee the removal of the structures and carport, before considering future uses for the site.
