Police are thanking the public after finding Andrew Fernando safe and well on Thursday morning.
The 55-year-old was located in Thornton around 1am.
EARLIER:
Police are appealing for help to find a man who's gone missing from the Maitland area.
55-year-old Andrew Fernando was last seen at Coonamble in the state's Central West at about 20 past 6 on Monday evening.
He's not been in contact with family or friends and is known to frequent the Maitland area.
Andrew's described as being of Aboriginal appearance, about 180cm tall with a medium build and may be driving a white Toyota Fortuna with the NSW registration DBQ 14A.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt with horizontal black stripes, black cargo style shorts and black thongs.
