A man will face court next month accused of recording intimate images without consent at Port Stephens.
Police were called to a Raymond Terrace address on Friday night when videos of three women aged 22, 22 and 24 were alleged found on the mobile phone of a 23-year-old man.
He was arrested and charged with 3 counts of intentionally record intimate image without consent between April 2018 and January this year.
The man was also issued with an Apprehended Violence Order in relation to one of the women.
He's been granted conditional bail to face Raymond Terrace Local Court on February 4.
