30-year-old-man transferred to John Hunter Hospital after car falls on top of him

A 30-year-old man has been transported to John Hunter Hospital after a car fell on top of him whilst working underneath it, near Teralba on Thursday at around 12pm.

An Ambulance NSW spokesperson says a car jack reportedly collapsed  trapping him under the vehicle on Enterprise Way at Woodrising.

The vehicle was removed from on top of the man, and he was treated for sternum and rib pain, but remains conscious and breathing.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to the scene but was called off.
