A man will face court today after police seized more than 60 prohibited weapons at his Cardiff home yesterday afternoon.
The 36-year-old man was charged with 32 offences after officers allegedly found a pistol, 11 slingshots, three tasers, and three knuckle dusters, among other items in his Macquarie Road home.
At around 4pm, Police were responding to a concern for welfare and spoke with an 11-year-old boy and a 36-year-old at the unit.
Police say they located a number of items on the premises including a pistol, swords, knives, and drug paraphernalia.
A later search warrant uncovered more than 60 items including slingshots, extendable batons, tasers, fireworks, and a white substance believed to be cocaine.
He's been charged with 32 offences and was refused bail to face Toronto local court today.
