Members of the public have discovered the body of a man on a beach at Hawks Nest this morning.
Just before 8 o'clock on Tuesday morning, emergency services were called to the southern end of Bennetts Beach to find a 66-year-old man deceased near the water.
Police believe there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death, and he likely suffered a medical episode.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
