An Islington man has been caught breaching COVID-19 restrictions in Sydney.
Police say they were called to reports of a disturbance at a unit complex in North Sydney on Tuesday night, finding the 27-year-old in the underground car park in his underwear.
He was apparently waiting to meet someone he'd connected with on a dating application when he was asked to leave.
Checks revealed he was breaching his bail conditions and had previously been dealt with for breaching COVID-19 restrictions.
He's been issued a Court Attendance Notice to face Downing Centre Local Court on May 28.
