There are growing concerns for a man who's been missing in the Lake Macquarie area now for more than a week.
Police say 35-year-old Andrew Dumbrell was last seen at a hospital in Waratah at about 6.50am on Tuesday January 14.
They are concerns for his welfare as he lives with medical conditions which require medication.
Andrew's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall with a medium build, grey hair and brown eyes.
He's known to frequent the Windale, Warners Bay, Charlestown and Belmont areas.
