Thousands of Hunter residents are without power this morning.
The lights went off for around 900 customers in New Lambton and Broadmeadow at about about 10.30pm on Monday - it's believed a sub-station fault is to blame, however there's no timeline yet on when power will be restored.
Meanwhile, around 2,500 residents in Stockton and Fern Bay lost power just before 5.30am on Tuesday.
Ausgrid estimates they'll be back on the grid by 7.30am
And, around a thousand homes and businesses have been without power around Wyee and Morisset since 1.45am on Tuesday and it's not clear at this stage when it will be restored.
