The 65-year-old arrived at Sydney Airport on a flight from Bali last Saturday and was ordered to self isolate for 14 days.
On Monday, Lake Macquarie Police received information the woman had contravened the order and issued her with a warning.
However, she ventured out of her home yesterday.
She's been issued with a $1000 infringement notice.
