Emergency services have been called to a serious crash in the Upper Hunter.
A car overturned on Bunnan Road near Owens Gap about 15 kilometres west of Scone just before 5.00am on Monday.
Police say the male driver swerved to avoid hitting a kangaroo but has managed to escape without major injury.
Bunnan Road is partially blocked as a result of the accident.
