Police Issue Appeal For Missing Belmont Man

BY IAN CROUCH

Police are appealing for help to find a missing Belmont man.

35-year-old Carl DeJager was last seen leaving his home on Rodrose Avenue at about 10am on Tuesday.

At the time he was driving a silver 2004 Ford Territory station wagon.

Concerns are held for Mr DeJager's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

He's described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Island appearance, about 175cm tall, with a slim build, brown eyes and brown short hair.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black tracksuit pants with a rhino motif and red and white writing on the right leg, and a pair of black and white skate shoes.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
