A drivers been arrested following a collision at Hamilton.
Around 12.30am on Sunday the driver of an Isuzu MU-X became involved in an incident on Everton Street.
Police attended and submitted the driver to a roadside breath test which returned a positive result.
The driver was taken to Newcastle Police Station where he underwent a breath analysis and returned a reading of 0.239.
He was immediately suspended from driving and issued a court attendance notice to appear in Newcastle Local Court in late February.
