A home has been gutted by flames at Hunterview, near Singleton on Monday morning.
Five fire crews attended the blaze at Hobden St, which broke out just before 7am.
No one was hurt and all the occupants managed to escape safely.
Crews left the scene two hours later.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
