Former Hamilton Marist Brother Found Guilty Of Sex Abuse

The Marist Brothers have apologised to the victims of former Hunter headmaster, Brother Christopher Wade after he was found guilty of child sex offences dating back to the 1970s.

The former Marist Hamilton headmaster, who's real name is William Henry Wade, was found guilty of abusing two boys at Hamilton and Kogarah.

The 78-year-old had pleaded not guilty to the offenses.

Wade was granted conditional bail and will be sentenced in September.
