The John Hunter Hospital has been named as one of the first 11 vaccine hubs to be set up across NSW when the Pfizer vaccine is rolled out from next month.
The John Hunter will be one of the first sites to offer the vaccine to Phase 1a priority groups including paramedics, hospital staff, emergency department and health workers.
If the vaccine supply increases during this phase, additional vaccination hubs and clinics may be able to open.
