Investigations Ramp Up into Historical Child Abuse in Lake Macquarie

Police have released images of people they wish to speak to in relation to child abuse offenses in Lake Macquarie.

Detectives from Strike Force Therese say the images were taken at a licensed premises at Catherine Hill Bay in July 2015 and show two men, and two women.

The individuals in the photos are being urged to contact the Hunter office of the Child Abuse Unit.

Strike Force Therese was set up by detectives from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad to investigate historical child abuse offenses that occurred in the Lake Macquarie area in 2015.

Police believe the people depicted in the images could help with their investigations.
