Police have arrested six men in Newcastle overnight after they were allegedly caught breaking into a building on Hunter Street and spraying graffiti.
Police were called to the scene just after midnight where they found the men on the roof of a building spray painting the building adjacent with graffiti.
A 17-year-old man was among those arrested as well as a 26, 25, 28, 18 and a 38-year-old.
All six offenders were granted strict conditional bail and charged with malicious damage and trespass charges.
They'll face Newcastle Local Court at a later date.
