A teenager is in custody following a pursuit of an allegedly stolen car at Waratah West this morning.
An unmarked police car spotted the silver Toyota Corolla on Stannet Street just before 7 o'clock and gave chase down University Drive when the car failed to stop.
Police say the car crashed at the university roundabout and the two male occupants attempted to flee.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested at the scene, while the search continues for a 19-year-old.
