The search for 36-year-old Christopher Shaw has ended after he was found safe and well on Monday 18 August, 2025. Police have thanked the media and the public for their assistance.
EARLIER
Police have launched a search for man who's gone missing from Waratah.
64-year-old Graham Burton was last seen leaving the Mater Hospital in Edith Street at about 6.30am on Sunday 17 August, 2025..
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he lives with dementia and is currently being treated for injuries.
Graham's described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a large build and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing black tracks suit pants, a black jumper with a Bundaberg Rum logo on the front and may also be wearing green shorts with yellow stripes.

Meanwhile, police are asking for help to find 36-year-old Christopher Shaw who was last seen in East Branxton on the evening of Saturday August 17..
He's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall with a medium build, brown hair and long beard.
He may be driving a white Nissan Navara utility with the NSW registration AYE565.
