Fears Held For Missing Central Coast Tween

Police believe a girl reported missing on the Central Coast could be in the Newcastle area.

12-year-old Tori Morrison was last seen at Ourimbah at about 8.00am yesterday (Tuesday 27 May, 2025) and her family raised the alarm when she could not be located or contacted.

Tori's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall with a slim build and long brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a green and gold jacket and green track pants.

Tori is known to frequent the Tuggerah and Newcastle areas and uses the train network.

Serious Crash Closes M1 At Ourimbah

Motorists heading to the Central Coast and Sydney can expect lengthy delays following an early-morning crash on the M1 at Ourimbah.

Emergency services were called to the freeway just after 1.00am on Friday to reports a truck carrying frozen produce and a car had collided, blocking the southbound lanes just past the Pacific Highway.

The driver of the car was trapped and has been taken to hospital with a leg injury.

One southbound lane has since been re-opened.

The truck has gone down an embankment is not expected to be removed from the scene until later on Friday morning.

Police Appeal For Dashcam Footage After Double-Fatal Crash At Ourimbah

Police are appealing for witnesses to a shocking crash on the M1 at the weekend which claimed the lives of a father and son from Toronto.

The 46-year-old man and 14-year-old boy were in a black Holden Commodore which became bogged on the median strip and Ourimbah at about 9.00am on Saturday in pouring rain.

A short time later, a white Mitsubishi SUV lost control and crashed into the car, killing the pair.

The driver of the SUV, a 27-year-old man, wasn't injured and underwent mandatory testing at Wyong Hospital.

Police want to speak to motorists with dashcam footage who were at the location between 8.15am and 9am on Saturday.
