Police have arrested 18 people and seized an unknown quantity of cannabis during raids across Maitland, the mid-north coast and central coast this morning.
Houses at Maitland, Forster and Sydney and horse stables at Wyong were raided simultaneously over what's believed to be a major cannabis supply network dealing in large commercial quantities of the drug.
