Four Patients Taken to John Hunter Following Crash Near Blandford

Four patients have been taken to John Hunter Hospital, following a two-vehicle crash in the Upper Hunter on Sunday.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter arrived at the scene around 9pm, on the New England Highway approximately eight kilometres south of Blandford.

A 36-year-old man was treated on scene, suffering pelvic and limb injuries and a 38-year-old woman for head and chest injuries.

Both were flown to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.

The two other patients were taken by road ambulance to Scone Hospital suffering minor injuries.
